Hi , I’m looking for someone who knows about OIL in N Dakota
LONG STORY (best have patients) here’s a quick summery
I know a guy who’s Dad died
He left property to his Son (1/3) and many other relatives , cousins , nephews a percentage , but the Son has the MOST alone , his Mom used to have to wipe the OIL off the top of the water troughs for the animals to drink . There’s OIL on the property !!!
The WORST part , most of the family does NOT LIKE the out of state SON with the larger (1/3) percent of the inheritance , they didn’t even care much for his Dad
The Dad (Made a mess) told his Son “Don’t tell them when I die”
Also said (in writing) give each of the others (a dozen or so) each $5.00 . So they got something (legal ? Who knows)
The Son told me a farmer rents the land , his share is around $3,000. a year (guess the rest gets divided shares) who knows WHO sends the $$$ (I can TRY to find out) Bottom line , Son doesn’t have the money to hire lawyers or OIL people to find out anything .. AND the really MESSED UP part !!! The Dad DIED 3 yrs ago !!! What dah???
So , it’s a disaster BUT someone with $$$$$ could HELP the Son and I’m sure come up with $$$ doin it … Interested ?? This is a SERIOUS AD . Over 40 acres I believe or maybe 140 acres I don’t know what he told me Thanks Steve
