You’ll be responsible for safely hauling and delivering key materials like gravel, sand, and rock — the building blocks of roads, highways, and infrastructure. Your work directly impacts jobsite productivity and project timelines, making you a vital part of our success!
What You’ll Be Doing
• Haul aggregate materials using belly dumps and side dumps to support construction and paving projects.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure DOT compliance to keep your rig running safely and efficiently.
• Adapt on the job by overcoming challenges with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Travel across the Upper Midwest as part of our 100% portable operation — primarily in Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
• Follow strict safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public while transporting materials.
What We’re Looking For
• Class A CDL with experience operating both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Clean driving record and a Federal Medical Card (or ability to obtain).
• Solid understanding of DOT regulations and safety-first practices.
• 2+ years of experience or 50,000+ miles of commercial truck driving.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
• Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate and work with team members.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, 5-6 days a week, with flexibility for travel.
The Fine Print
Reports To: Trucking Foreman
Classification: Seasonal, Non-Exempt
Pay Range: $27-$30/hour
Schedule: April - December (weather & project permitting)
