Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on semi-trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brakes, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, and air systems.
- Complete inspections and ensure DOT compliance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform quality repairs.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with operations to minimize equipment downtime.
Qualifications:
- Experience working on heavy-duty diesel trucks and trailers preferred.
- Basic knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- CDL preferred but not required.
- Must have your own basic hand tools.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
