Operations Qualifications: Some previous experience with irrigation, haying, fertilization and weed control, gates, fencing, and grounds keeping. Knowledge of public water systems is desirable but not required.
Wildlife and land management experience helpful.
Requirements: As we are a recreational ranch, an ability to be able to work well with people in a constantly changing environment is a must. All hands on deck weekends and summer holidays. Days off are always weekdays during the summer but can be adjusted during the winter.
Pay: $30,000-$35,000.00 with a review after 90 days. Housing is available and includes all utilities, cable, and internet. Insurance reimbursement stipend available after 90 days up to $240.00 (comes out to $2880.00 a year).
Perks: Access to almost 24,000 acres of ranch land between Laramie and Wheatland, WY. Includes horses available to ride, fishing in both lakes and creeks, shooting range, and miles and miles of atv trails. Hunting is also available to full time employees and limited to one large female game animal per year.
