I built this for my best buddy Charlie. but Charlie past away last december 1st. sad Christmas at my house. its a cedar dog house with a portico. you can see the pic. if you want it for your dog. your dog should be of medium size or less. Charlie was maybe a little too big for it at hundred pounds. when I built it he was at 60 lbs. so I recommend the house for 60lb or less dogs or cats or raccoons or iguanas.. I can give you the tire and water bucket with it. and some dog cable to help your dog stay home. I'm moving soon. so I need this gone. you can have the rugs and carpet around it too. help him stay cleaner while lounging around the dog house. I also have some dog bowls I don't need anymore either. if you buy the dog house. you can have the other stuff along with it. please see pics. no warranty and you got to pick it up. no deliveries. its heavy. its about 10 feet long and 5 feet wide and built well.. I think I put 4 inch's of insulation in it and lanoleum floor and rapid wall interior. that cedar will come back to life looking real nice with a new sealer put on it. maybe some stain before the sealer. please only serious callers reply. if you text me and tell me you want it real bad. I can send you the pin drop and make some time to help you load it up on your transportation/ trailer or empty truck bed. your going to to need tie down straps to help secure it.. it might weight somwhere around 400 lbs. so we might need 4 people to lift it.
