Sodexo Energy and Resource is seeking a General Manager/Chef Manager to support an Oil and Gas client in Tioga, ND. The General Manager/Chef Manager will be responsible for directing all contract management service operions and client relions of the food service operion including cafe, micro-market, and cering. Sodexo provides our corpore service partners with a diverse range of food services and integred facilities management possibilities. From restaurants to delivery options, to streamlined operions and cutting-edge technology, Sodexo crees a safe, vibrant, and eco-friendly workplace.  

• Menu planning and food management (ordering, preparion, inventory, and storage).
• Cost control, including food and labor costs.
• Team management of 4 employees, with oversight on payroll and compliance with safety standards (like HACCP).
• Client engagement and ensuring client sisfaction.
• Hands on cooking in the cafe.
• Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews with Sodexo and Client Stakeholders.

Minimum Educion Requirement - Associe's Degree or equivalent experience
