Four sweet fabric dolls made in Hong Kong and given to me by by mother in 1959. They sat on a shelf for years and then went into storage. As a child, I washed their faces and caused some discoloration in the process. All their tiny clothes are complete including the little shoes. Elastic has lost the stretch in the waistbands. But a beautiful grouping of mom, dad, baby and sister? Or grandma? I never knew. The story of Ada Lum and her dolls is wonderful.
