Established company seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Office / General Manager to oversee daily office operations and support business management activities. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, administrative experience, and a solid accounting background.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and bookkeeping
Maintain organized financial and operational records
Assist with payroll, budgeting, and reporting tasks
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal staff professionally
Support business operations and workflow management
Handle scheduling, office organization, and administrative duties
Ensure efficient communication and follow-through across departments
Requirements:
Accounting knowledge is REQUIRED
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Previous office management or leadership experience preferred
