Professional Hearing Center serves individuals of all ages providing the ultimate hearing health care experience with unparalleled services and an exceptional staff.
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for educating the consumer and professional communities and building revenue producing relationships with referral sources. He/she will be a part of the leadership team and will provide market feedback and intelligence on potential patient groups, referral sources, and competitors. The position will support the owner by developing and implementing the five pathways of patient cultivation: retail marketing, physician referrals, database cultivation, grass roots outreach and managed care contract development. The position will also be responsible for a variety of other areas pertaining to the enhancement of patient services and business systems.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Accomplished sales and management skills with a proven track record.
• Three plus years experience in outside sales, preferably with hearing or medical device products.
• A professional presence and outstanding presentation skills.
• Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-past environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor population. This includes listening, sales, and problem solving skills.
